Deep Tissue Massage
No pain, No gain. That?s our motto right? Wrong! Although Deep Tissue Massage is an intense massage with powerful results, it is done in such a way as to encourage the body not to be on the defense. Using slow strokes & deep pressure, we will focus on the deeper layers of muscle tissue with a goal to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body. The depth & pressure is up to your comfort level.

Hot Stone Massage
Get Stoned! With Hot Stones that is. Heated basalt river rocks are used in various massage techniques to relax & soothe your mind & body. The warmth of the stones deeply penetrates the muscle layer, allowing you to let go of stress & tension.

Great Expectations Massage
