Reservations
We encourage guests to schedule appointments in advance. Same-day reservations and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based on availability. To schedule an appointment, please call 530-626-1363. |
Cancellation Policy
Please respect the spa's scheduling by keeping appointments, if possible, and providing a minimum of 4 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling individual treatments. Spa packages require 24 hours notice. Because your services are guaranteed reservations, full payment is required for the following conditions:
- Less than 4 hours notification to cancel or reschedule individual appointments
- Less than 24 hours notification to cancel or reschedule spa packages
- No-shows or missed appointments
- Late arrivals *
* Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require the spa to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as to not inconvenience other guests. Late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled appointments due to reservations by other guests. We will make every effort to provide the full amount of service.

For all massage and facial services, please
arrive fifteen minutes before your appointment
time to allow ample time for you to:
- insure your health questionaire is complete
- enjoy the aromatic, peaceful environment
- or just simply relax

Gratuities
Gratuities are left to your discretion and can be based upon the level of service. Envelopes are provided at the reception desk, or you may add it to your credit card charge. |
Gift Certificates
Our beautiful gift cards make an ideal year round gift for any occasion. You may indicate a specific service or dollar amount. You can also include your gift card in a basket of spa items. Our boutique has a variety of personal spa items that can be beautifully arranged with 24 hour notice. Shipping is available at an additional charge. |

Body~Mind~Spirit~Soul is located in Placerville at 1234 Broadway, in Suite A2. Heading east, please take the Broadway exit from Highway 50. Turn left onto Broadway and you will see the Hangtown Village Square Center on your right. We are located behind Starbucks and next to the Stake Out restaurant. |

Medical Concerns
If under medical care, please consult a physician before participating in any spa treatment. The spa is available to those 18 years of age and older. Guests 16 - 17 must have parental consent. |
